Every year on New Year’s Eve, people all around the world make their New Year’s resolutions or their goals for the following year. These goals can range from small goals like reading a book or bigger goals like quitting smoking. Here are some of the most popular New Year’s resolutions from the past years:

  3. Get organized
  4. Learn a new skill or hobby 
  5. Live life to the fullest
  6. Save more money / spend less money
  7. Quit smoking
  8. Spend more time with family and friends
  9. Travel more

As you can see many of these goals have to do with improving yourself, enjoying life more, and doing things you’ve never been able to convince yourself to do. The hard part about setting goals like these is that it is very hard to hold yourself accountable and to keep working on your goal for an entire year. If you want to be successful in your New Year’s resolutions then you need to set specific goals and be very determined.
