Voting Away on Super Tuesday: Who Will Win the Democratic Primaries?

Super Tuesday is an election day to many states during the presidential primary season. The main race comes down to Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders. The 14 states that voted were Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia. The four Democratic candidates that remain are Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, and Tulsi Gabbard. Mike Bloomberg suspended his campaign on March 4th to endorse Biden and Pete Buttigieg dropped out the Sunday before. Many voters are encouraging Warren to drop as well so she can endorse Sanders in the race.

The results of the voting came out neck and neck between Biden and Sanders. Biden won ten states and Sanders won four. Most importantly, Biden won Texas and Sanders won California. The next primary election is March 10th. Idaho, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, and Washington will vote between the Democratic candidates. Ohio will vote on March 17th, those that are at least 18 years old will be eligible to vote.
