Wrapping Up the Fall Sports Season

As the fall season comes to a close, we can reflect back on the good and the bad changes that Covid-19 has brought. As for the marching band, things have changed a lot, but it has been a good season anyway. Samantha Wolfe, a sophomore at BHS and a member of the Beavercreek High School Marching Band says, “I think we all did really well given the circumstances. We worked super hard for an amazing show and we did great at it this season.”

Covid-19 added a lot of changes to the sports teams, like social distancing and wearing masks. Jonah Warren, a senior at BHS and a member of the Beavercreek High School Marching Band has something to say about it, “Covid-19 affected our season in many ways. Not only with masks, but we didn’t have opportunities to go to away games or competitions, but this season was amazing nonetheless.”

Even though Covid-19 has changed many things this past sports season, we still managed to not just survive, but thrive.
