How to De-Stress

Emma Schell, Student Journalist

Exams are here and students are stressed more than ever. Finding the right study notes, doing the reviews, and more are causing the stress. Here are some ways to de-stress while still being able to study.
Taking breaks is a way to de-stress. Don’t use all of your time studying; give your brain a break. Go watch TV, read a fun book, anything to give you a break. Another way to de-stress is adult coloring. Just taking time to color is a great way to destress. Another way is to do something fun the day before to get your mind off of the exams. Hanging out with friends or family can decrease your stress level.
There are so many reasons to be stressed out during this time, but taking a step back can help you remember information and do even better on these exams.
