With the turn of the weather from sweltering sweet to crisp autumn, many activities ensue for the fall season. Fall marks the beginning of the holiday season and it cultivates many fun activities to indulge in, embracing the season at its fullest. BHS is full of many diverse and complex students who celebrate and cherish the fall months in a myriad of different ways. I surveyed the students here at Beavercreek High School to display a plethora of fun things that people enjoy in the fall time. First Trix Looney, a sophomore at BHS, stated, “I like to go to pumpkin patches and go see a movie a the movie theater.” Next, Raeynn Smith, another sophomore at BHS enthused, “I like to go out and collect deer antlers, and take pictures, draw, and paint the landscape.” Kirsten Sandburg, a junior at BHS, mentioned, “ I enjoy carving pumpkins, drinking apple cider, wearing sweaters, going to football games, going to homecoming, and taking walks outside.” Bekki Meyers, a junior at BHS, recalled that “I’ve always loved to go to Haunt Fest with my family and then watch scary movies after.” Lastly, Aysiah Simms, a junior at BHS, stated “ I like to eat pumpkin pie and I love that I get to wear layers.” Overall, after taking this survey it made me recognize and appreciate the many interesting people here at Beavercreek High School who all celebrate fall in different ways.
