It is also really funny.” This pop culture favorite is filled with comedy, magic, and adventure, which will enthrall the entire audience. The story follows a teenage boy, Max, who accidentally releases three evil witches and must steal their spell book to prevent them from becoming immortal. With some help from his sister Dani, friend Allison, and, of course, a talking cat, Max must stop the witches before it is too late. Many would consider this movie a classic due to its popularity as well. Allen stated, “Everyone knows this movie, so it has to be a classic.” The movie has unforgettable characters, the perfect spooky Halloween vibe, and an appropriate mix of comedy and scariness. Allen stated, “My favorite part is at the beginning, where the boy is looking for his little sister in the 1800s.” Not only is “Hocus Pocus” a great movie, but it is also an amazing way to welcome Halloween.
